A total of 101 very classy ladies attended the annual Willen Hospice Alternative Ascot event on Thursday 18 June 2009 (coinciding with Ladies' Day at Ascot). 

A giant television screen beamed in all the action from Ascot and guests were wined and dined and able to enjoy all the fun of the races from the comfort of their chairs. 

The event was sponsored by Daimler Chrysler, screens and sound were provided by AV Network and catering by Bon Viveur.

A thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all and a grand total of £6019.25 was raised for the Hospice.
