The Friends of Willen Hospice recently held a fashion show at the Holiday Inn, CMK

Over one hundred ladies, plus a few brave men, attended the event which raised over £600 for the Hospice.

All the models were volunteers. The clothes were provided by the Bedfordshire company La Moda and ranged from jeans (including items from Victoria Beckham label) to evening skirts and tops. The models' hair and make-up was done by Arcana. Raffle prizes were provided by local companies; including Frosts and Prego Restaurants and Wine Bar.

Martin Vann, General Manager of the Holiday Inn, commented:

“We were delighted to support the event as part of our 20th birthday celebrations and fund raising activities. The Hospice is such an important local charity”.
