The Friends of Willen Hospice is a separate, registered charity which undertakes to raise enough money each year to cover all the costs of a bed at the Hospice. The Friends recently handed over a cheque for £18,000 to Hospice CEO, Christopher Eyes.

The Friends is a dedicated group of volunteers from all walks of life who work tirelessly throughout the year to raise funds by:
- Bucket/tin collections in MK Shopping Centre and local retail outlets
- Selling goods at MK Shopping Centre Community Desk
- Selling Christmas cards/goods at local sheltered housing complexes
- Collections in carnival parades in Bletchley, Milton Keynes and Newport Pagnell
- Selling goods at Garden Shows at The Bowl and Woburn Abbey and other local fetes
- Collecting tins in local shops and offices
- House to House collections in Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale areas
