The Iftaar is halfway through the holy month when Muslims refrain from food and drink during daylight hours.
Traditional dates, sweet breads and grapes were eaten along with a sumptuous feast prepared by students after prayers, with families drawn from MK's many mosques coming together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Anouar Kassim, head of MKIACH, said:
“Great emphasis was put upon the importance of giving during Ramadan in the sermons given and I am delighted that we could use the event to raise much-needed funds for such a worthwhile and important local charity.”
Paul Hinson, Chief Executive Willen Hospice said:
"We are extremely grateful to the Milton Keynes Islamic Arts Heritage and Culture Organisation for their generous donation and valuable support"
