Willen Hospice’s special, annual Lights of Love event was held over two days this year, the weekend of 5th and 6th December, to enable large numbers of family and friends to gather at the hospice to remember their loved ones.

“It is important to us to be able to hold our annual Lights of Love event at the Hospice, and holding over two days this year helped us to cope with demand - it is such a popular and well attended event. The whole weekend went really well and I would like to thank all the staff and volunteers who helped to make it happen. I hope that all those who came along found peace in remembering their loved ones at this time of year.”

Over 1300 people attended over the two days and in excess of £27,000 has already been raised to help fund patient care.
