Milton Keynes Cowman Challenge

The Milton Keynes Cowman is a Half Ironman contest consisting of a two-mile swim in Emberton Lake, a 50-mile bike ride around the nearby villages and a 13 mile run around the lake.
Kevin O’Rourke, best known as "The Wine Man" in Milton Keynes has taken up the challenge to compete in this year's Milton Keynes Cowman to support the Hospice.
