A very special poetry book

A very special poetry book, "Words for Willen" is now available to purchase from our Willen Hospice Charity Shops, Hospice Reception or online from our eShop. 

Ann Sidgwick, Hospice Trustee says in the forward to the book:

"A volunteer, Dennis Holloway and myself came up with the idea of raising some badly needed funds for the Hospice by asking patients, staff, relatives, volunteers and all friends of the Hospice for contributions to produce a poetry book.  The response has been tremendous and  has culminated in 50 poets contributing 96 poems to form this book.  Thanks must go to all who took the time to send in their writings and to those who are now, with much affection, being published posthumously.  I hope that I have reproduced them faithfully...." 

The book of poems has been published by the Daily Express, free of all charges.

Priced at just £5 this would make an excellent gift.
