Our Willen Hospice Shop at 84 High Street, Stony Stratford was delighted to win the first prize in this year's Stony Stratford Business Association’s best dressed Christmas window competition. The runners up were Cowleys and Mangetout.

An engraved shield (to be kept for a year) and a bottle of bubbly were presented to shop manager Gaiska Baez by David Odell, Chairman of the Stony Stratford Business Association. The association was particularly impressed with the fact that the window had been decorated with donated items, that this had been done at no cost to the Hospice and that all items would be reused/recycled.
Shop Manager, Gaiska Baez, commented:
“We are all delighted at winning the competition. It is a real achievement considering we were up against shops that had spent money or had brand new stock to work with.”
