The Extra Mile 4 Nations Challenge - 500 miles in 4 countries over 3 days on 2 wheels - which took place in September, proved to be a pretty tough, though enjoyable experience.

The Willen Hospice team, the Willen Wheelers comprised: Richard Willis (Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors and Hospice trustee), Sheila Kemble (Harpurs and Hospice trustee) and Pam and John Duggan (long time supporters of the Hospice). The support vehicle was supplied free of charge by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
The team enjoyed the challenge, but found it hard going, and are extremely pleased to have raised over £9,000 for the Hospice and the other official charities.

On a sad note, this year's event was marred by the sudden death of Gary Godleman and all thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues.
