For the second year running Willen Hospice is holding its very own talent contest. The contest is open to any musical talent over 15 years of age, from singers, to rock bands, to yodellers.  As well as raising funds, it is hoped that the event will also raise awareness of the important work of the Hospice.

How to enter?

To enter please call Lynn at Willen on MK 306699 or contact us . You will then be invited along to one of several preliminary auditions to be held at the Madcap Theatre, Wolverton.

Entry fees are:
£5 for a solo artist
£10 for an act of 2-4 people
£15 for acts 5 people or more.

Contestants who are selected at these auditions will be invited to appear in the grand final that will take place at ‘Nexus’ at The Point in Central Milton Keynes on the evening of Tuesday 20th November. The general public will be able to purchase tickets for the final and for a donation of £2 will be able to watch the auditions. The finalists will be assessed by a panel of celebrity judges who will decide on the winning act. There will be prizes for the first, second and third placed acts.  

This was a really popular event last year and raised over £2,500 for the Hospice. We are really pleased to be holding it again and looking forward to raising the profile of the Hospice and hearing from all the fantastic musical talent in Milton Keynes.
