Launch of new fundraising initiative
Chalky Whites Auto Repair Centre are launching their new fundraising initiative to raise £10,000 for Willen Hospice throughout the next year.
The ‘one-pound per customer’ fundraising scheme means that for every, tyre, exhaust, service or MOT carried out in the next twelve months, Chalky Whites Auto Repair Centre in Fenny Stratford will donate one pound from their proceeds to Willen Hospice. Customers are also welcome to donate their own money through the collection boxes on the garage counter.
June Srivalsan, Owner of Chalky Whites, commented:
“We serviced over ten thousand customers last year and have been looking for ways that we can help local charities. We saw this as the perfect opportunity for us to launch our ‘one-pound per customer’ scheme.”
Julia Rogerson, Events and Promotions Manager, Willen Hospice commented:
“We are very pleased that Chalky Whites have chosen to support us in such an innovative way. All funds raised will go directly towards our patient and family care.”
In true fundraising tradition there will be a totaliser on display in reception at Chalky Whites, which will be updated every month.
