A Colourful Jubilee
The Friends of Willen Hospice are launching a children’s colouring competition to tie in with the Jubilee celebrations and raise essential funds for Willen Hospice.
Children will be encouraged to decorate a picture of a crown for a donation of £1. The entries will be judged in three different age categories – under 5’s, 5-8 year olds and 9-12 year olds, with a prize of a £10 CMK Shopping Voucher going to each winner.
Entry forms can be collected from Waterstones in CMK who are kindly supporting the Friends of Willen Hospice with this competition, and from Doodles in Newport Pagnell High Street.
Closing date for all entries is 9 June 2012.
Bethany Whatley, from the Friends of Willen Hospice said ”This is a fun way to celebrate the Jubilee whilst raising awareness and necessary funds for Willen Hospice. We are delighted that we have the support of Waterstones to help us in this activity.”
