26 Rounds for Willen Hospice
On the morning of Sunday 17th April, at the Red Hot World Buffet in Milton Keynes, Paul Tilbury will be attempting to complete 26 x three minute rounds of boxing, on a heavybag, in aid of Willen Hospice,
He has been training for this for several weeks, putting in the hours on the treadmill to increase stamina, pushing olympic weights in excess of his own weight to build power and pounding out the rounds on the punch bag for technique and the durability required to succeed.
Paul is a great Willen Hospice Supporter. He regularly helps out at the MK Midnight Moo on security and also helps service the new Vortex machine in Midsummer Place.
