How do you think end of life care can be improved for the local community?

Willen Hospice, along with other health and social care organisations has been involved in providing input to a draft document:- “Adult End of Life Care Strategy”

End of Life Care Consultation

Milton Keynes Council is now seeking views from the public.

The draft document: “Adult End of Life Care Strategy” can be viewed on the Milton Keynes Council website, and it is hoped that members of the public will get involved and give their feedback by completing an online survey. The consultation will run from 08 May 2012 until 06 August 2012 and your views will be extremely important in helping to shape future care.
