Pub fundraising raises nearly £5000
The Cannon Pub in Newport Pagnell has been really fired up in the last year to raise funds for Willen Hospice.
They used the occasion of a recent Willen Hospice Open Day at Newport Pagnell Shop to present cheques totalling £4960 to Hospice Chief Executive Paul Hinson.

The pub raised this fantastic amount from various innovative activities and events throughout the year including:
- Collecting 10ps around the post on the bar (this raised over £300 alone)
- Organising a Dream Grand Prix Team event
- An Auction
- A Conker Tournament
- A Lottery Bonus Ball
- A Chilli Plants/Plant sale
- A Golf Day
- Providing food for special events and collecting donations
