The Willen Necklace
John Woolfe of Woolfe Jewellery has designed a beautiful piece of jewellery especially for Willen's 30th Anniversary. The Willen necklace, a handcrafted 18-ct white gold necklace with sapphires, aquamarines, diamonds and pearls is nearing completion and will be worth at least £20,000 in raw materials alone.
The exquisite piece is to be auctioned at the
Willen Hospice 30th Anniversary Ball in May 2011.
John, who is the managing director of Woolfe Jewellery in thecentre:mk, is generously donating his creation - made up of precious stones from around the globe and hallmarked - in order to help raise much-needed funds for the Hospice.
The finished necklace will be on display in the MK store from around the end of March. Look out for it at: Woolfe Jewellery, 29 Crown Walk, Central Milton Keynes
