Willen Hospice Golf Day 2011
A great day of golf
A total of 18 teams took part in the annual Willen Hospice Golf Day, held recently at Aspley Guise and Woburn Sands Golf Club.
Golfers arrived at around 11.30 for a pre-tournament snack of soup and sandwiches. First tee off was at 12.30 and there followed a wonderful day’s golf with even the weather putting in a great performance (forgive the pun!).
After the day’s activity teams gathered in the club house for a splendid evening meal, an auction and a raffle followed by prize giving.
