Referrals

Referrals to the in-patient unit can be made by GPs, Hospital Consultants, District Nurses, Social Services and other sources from Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. 

Patients can also refer themselves and should this be the case, the patient's GP will always be contacted to confirm details.

Willen Hospice provides services to  three Primary Care Trusts:-  Milton Keynes, Daventry and S Northants and Bedfordshire Heartlands.

Our outreach is therefore quite extensive and includes such places as:  Daventry, Cranfield, Woburn Sands, Aspley Guise, Leighton Buzzard, Buckingham and Winslow in addition to Milton Keynes and its environs.
