Please download and complete an application form.

We will invite you to come in and meet us to talk through the different options and your availability.Please note that, for those volunteers who are interested in roles involving patient contact, we will need to apply for a Criminal Records Bureau check.

Fundraising and Event Volunteers

If you are unable to offer regular commitment to a volunteer role but would like to join our enthusiastic team of volunteers who support a variety of events throughout the year please download our special form below:

The hours are flexible and we will always try to find tasks and events that match your preferences and availability. Please return your completed appication form to the address above.
