As a volunteer warehouse customer assistant you will be meeting and greeting people who come to our warehouse to generously drop off their donations for us to resell in our shops. Your task will be to assess what we do next with their items – some may be suitable for our clearance outlet, some ideal for ebay or perhaps some for recycling.
It would be great if you could help with moving and sorting boxes of donations or managing the bookings for drop-off appointments. We are looking for friendly, outgoing people to help us with this key customer-facing role based at our Kiln Farm distribution centre.
Flexible shifts are available, and we’re particularly looking for volunteers who can help us on weekday afternoons. No experience is needed and full training will be given.
