Administrator Therapeutic & Wellbeing Services

35 hours per week
Monday to Friday

Salary £18,059 – £23,478 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a confident administrator to join our Therapeutic and Wellbeing team, working closely with the Therapeutic and Wellbeing Coordinator to manage the day to day processes for patient and families being referred into the Therapeutic and Wellbeing service.
The role involves daily contact with individuals and families who have been bereaved in very complex and emotive situations. The ability to manage and contain high levels of emotional distress is vital.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and self-motivated with strong IT skills including Microsoft packages and SystmOne, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines. A flexible approach to work is essential, as is the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff, volunteers, external agencies and the wider MDT.
