30 hours per week – Monday to Friday

OR

15 hours per week – Monday to Friday,
worked 11-2pm or 2-5pm

Salary £16,350 – £17,560 per annum pro rata

We have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant/s to join the team as we expand our services and to support the development of our Hospice sites.

You will assist in carrying out basic food preparation tasks including food production such as sandwiches and salads. Duties will also include clearing and washing kitchen utensils, operating the dishwasher, taking payment for food and ensuring kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.

Experience of working in a catering or front of house environment and possession of a food hygiene level 2 certificate is essential.

The ideal applicant should possess good communication skills, and demonstrate a ‘can do’ and flexible attitude.
