To support our expanding Catering provision, we have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Operations Manager to join the team!
You will lead our catering service in further developing our excellent catering offering to ensure a high quality service is provided for patients, staff and members of the public, in addition to Hospice fundraising and events.
This expansion will see you take responsibility for implementing and managing our brand new kitchen facility under our current ‘Building a Legacy’ building project that is now underway.
As the Catering Operations Manager you will also lead on dietary and nutrition across the organisation, ensuring compliance with all current legislation, developing policies and procedures that support the Strategic Business Plan and managing the catering budget effectively.
You will hold an appropriate qualification (minimum NVQ Level 3) with a minimum of 5 years relevant catering experience.
You will also have proven experience of managing a team in a catering environment.
