Kickstart job placement scheme

25 hours per week, including weekends

6 months fixed term contract – national minimum wage

We’re working in partnership with Charityworks, the UK-non-profit sector’s Kickstart gateway.

Applications are restricted only to those who are referred via the job centre and are registered under the Government’s Kickstart Job Placement Scheme. This scheme is for young people aged 16-24 and in receipt of Universal Credit. To register, contact your local job centre and speak to your Work Coach referencing this role.

Each role includes a supported 6-month development programme delivered by Charityworks. The programme will equip you with the connections, experiences, tools and insight needed to succeed at work, help you to build a peer community of fellows and give you the skills to transition well beyond the placement, and develop long term careers in the non-profit sector.

  • Digital & Social Media Marketing Assistant
  • Online Fashion Lister/Stock Controller
  • Retail Assistant – Grafton Gate
  • Retail Assistant – Kiln Farm
  • Warehouse Assistant/Drivers Mate x 2 positions
