It’s an exciting time for Learning and Development at Willen Hospice!  As our services expand, our teams evolve and technology continues to develop at pace, the L&D team is expanding to meet organisational need and we would love you to be part of it.

To enable the continued improvement of our L&D offering, this fixed term role will lead on the implementation of an LMS that not only supports virtual learning, but efficiently delivers critical management information to our stakeholders.  This role calls for a highly IT literate individual with demonstrable experience is working collaboratively to successfully launch this exciting development.

The successful candidate will have experience of working as a trainer or within an L&D environment and is able to demonstrate an understanding of training practices, methodologies and evaluation. Experience of delivering a project, implementing new initiatives and LMS system knowledge would be advantageous. In addition, you should have excellent IT skills including Office 365/Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

The role will be based at Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes and in return for your skills, you can expect to join a caring team with generous annual leave entitlement starting at 35 days pro rata (inclusive of statutory and bank holidays), free onsite parking, NHS or employer enhanced auto-enrolment pension scheme, enhanced maternity, adoption and sick pay provision and excellent catering facilities at the Hospice
