Salary Circa £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience
We have an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator with NHS experience and excellent SystmOne skills to manage our Willen Hospice Living Well team and support the ongoing development of this service.
You will work closely with the Community Cancer Care Team (CCC), managing referrals and overseeing the administrative requirements of the service, whilst monitoring activity to meet requirements outlined by the CCG service specification. In addition to this, the post holder will develop and support the management processes for holistic needs assessments, care planning and the organisation and coordination of planned programs being delivered by the Living Well Centre.
You should have excellent communication skills and proven experience of both managing a team and implementing new programs or processes.
