If you’re a natural storyteller with fantastic communication skills and a desire to help us promote the amazing work of Willen Hospice then yes, it is you we’re looking for!

About the role

This exciting new role will suit an excellent copywriter and creative thinker who has the ability to develop great content that engages and influences. You will be passionate about planning, creating and delivering persuasive communications and confident working collaboratively across our organisation to identify opportunities for impactful and engaging content that will raise our profile and demonstrate the impact of our cause at a local, regional and national level.

You will effortlessly develop engaging case studies and campaigns that evoke real emotion and help simplify complex or sensitive subjects to inspire measurable outcomes. You will have a digital-first approach along with an understanding of different media channels and be able to adapt your content to maximum results.

About us

Set in the tranquil grounds of Willen Lake, Willen Hospice is the leading provider of specialist palliative care within the Milton Keynes area. We offer 24 hour / seven days a week palliative care to people who have advanced disease, caring for people in our Inpatient Unit which accommodates 15 patients and the local community. Our person centred care is delivered with compassion and respect for people’s wishes. We have an expanding Therapeutic & Wellbeing service offering Psychological Wellbeing, Social Care, Physiotherapy, Occupational and Complementary Therapy.
