£26,051 per annum
Due to expansion within our retail stores, we are looking for a highly motivated Retail manager to support and work across our Milton Keynes City Centre Cluster shops, including our new innovative offerings – our gaming & events shop at The Hangout and music/record shop at Off The Record.
Working closely with the Retail Project Manager, you will be commercially minded to develop and deliver a programme of activity to drive revenue and achieve agreed targets. Proposing new initiatives and implementing the retail strategy you will be aware of trends and implement these to maximise revenue. You will lead and train a highly motivated team of team leaders and volunteers to ensure sustainable income is raised from your retail shops within the City Centre Cluster.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing teams, particularly in a retail setting, have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as a customer service mindset. You will have a flexible approach as this is a multi-site role and you will be required to work across the City Centre locations.

We offer 24 hour / seven days a week palliative care to people who have advanced disease, caring for people in our Inpatient Unit which accommodates 15 patients and the local community.
