£20,140 pro rata per annum
We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to support and work in our shop in Leighton Buzzard bridal shop on a part time basis of 15 hours per week (worked flexibly, including weekends).
Working closely with the Cluster Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to day running of the shops, leading and working closely with our committed team of volunteers, actively engaging with the community, contributing to sales targets and providing high quality customer service as you raise income to support the Hospice to deliver care to our community.
The successful candidate will have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as previous retail experience. Experience of working in bridal retail would be useful but not essential.
In return for your skills, you can expect to join a motivated team of Retailers, generous annual leave entitlement starting at 35 days pro rata (inclusive of statutory and bank holidays) and increases with length of service, pension scheme and enhanced maternity, adoption and sick pay provision.
