We are looking for highly motivated Team Leader to research new ecommerce platforms to maximise income for the Hospice and increase the level of income through eBay opportunities. The Team Leader will deliver high quality customer service and maintain professionalism in dealing with both internal and external contacts.
The successful candidate will have good communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and be able to motivate and inspire a team of volunteers and collaborate effectively with external supporters.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales and achieving results, and an indepth knowledge of social media channels. Knowledge of antiques, collectables, vintage and designer goods and current market trends is desirable.
