Willen Hospice is looking for a highly motivated Stock Control Team Leader. You will lead and champion the accuracy of stock holding and integrity to ensure our stores have great availability for our customers. The successful candidate will lead on processes to ensure that stock movements are recorded to ensure that we achieve maximum value to the hospice and stock loss is minimised and is always investigated.
Working closely with the Warehouse Workflow Team Leader, you will agree and manage the stock locations for goods within the warehouse ready for distribution to the appropriate channels.
The ideal candidate will have Warehouse experience ideally within a retail/or charity sector with a good understanding of stock control management and warehouse processes. You will need to possess good communication skills and be able to build good working relationships at all levels, using diplomacy and persuasive skills to deal with contacts, suppliers, supporters and customers, providing good customer care. You will be IT literate, who is confident in the use of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Teams and the stock control system.
