£9.60 per hour
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work as part of the Warehouse Team, to support the smooth running of the Warehouse including greeting supporters when they come to drop off donations, organising and allocating stock and assisting with deliveries.
Polite and professional in your manner, you will always act as an Ambassador for the Hospice, and you will build good relationships with supporters, customers and volunteers.
You will need to be able to safely move and handle furniture, some of which will be heavy, and be able to make judgments on suitability of donated items for re-sale. Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
In return for your skills, you can expect to join a motivated team, generous annual leave entitlement starting at 35 days pro rata (inclusive of statutory and bank holidays) and increases with length of service, pension scheme and enhanced maternity, adoption and sick pay provision.
