£23,870 pro rata per annum, £9,547 actual annual salary
Due to expansion within our Warehouse, we are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to support our Workflow team at our Kiln Farm Distribution Centre.
Leading a professional, highly motivated and target driven team in ensuring operational flow and efficient handling of goods for timely dispatch to retail shops. You will be responsible for asset protection, ensuring we maximise revenue by strong operational controls that prevent stock loss and ensure maximum returns through recycling or directing stock to our eBay team and/or shops. You will value and motivate our amazing volunteers and encourage them in the role they undertake.
The successful candidate will have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as previous retail and/or distribution background and experience of managing a team.
This role can be offered on a weekend only basis or as part of a weekend rotation with other team leaders.
About the Warehouse:
Our Kiln Farm Warehouse, based in Milton Keynes, is the hub of our retail operation. Taking in a huge variety of new and donated goods including furniture, clothing, bric-a-brac and books; these are then sorted and dispatched to our customers, our shops, or recycled – all to raise vital income for Willen Hospice to provide care to our patients and their families.
