Willen Hospice Business Club is a group of local businesses that share the aim of supporting their local Hospice. Our members meet every six weeks to network with each other. More about our Keynote Speaker - Natalie Ellis

Natalie is a blogger, author and entrepreneur whose virtual HR Consultancy Rebox HR services clients throughout the UK.

Natalie’s book, "Launch Your HR Career" will be available from Amazon and at all good book retailers in November: "If you have ever questioned your confidence, felt that you were not good enough, constantly compare yourself to others, lacking in motivation or struggled to discover your purpose; this is the HR book for you."

Having worked in senior HR positions within retail, transport, construction and financial industries, Natalie set up Rebox HR in February to bring an affordable yet bespoke HR solution to small businesses to help them become compliant and confident with HR processes and employment law.

Natalie works with many different clients including Tech Start-Ups, Letting Agents, Beauticians, Couriers, Hauliers, Hairdressers, Estate Agencies, Automotive and Accountants and is a successful keynote speaker, a member of the Northamptonshire CIPD committee, an ambassador for the CIPD Steps Ahead programme and multi-award nominated blogger -

Natalie's proudest HR moment was receiving a nomination at the 2012 CIPD People Management for her work at Circle Express Ltd. Since then she have appeared in and written for several industry publications including People Management, HR News, Personnel Today and featured in the CIPD “The Power of One” campaign.
