Although lockdown has eased and we're able to do more than in recent months, we are aware that there are still many people shielding and having to keep apart. You may be facing challenges with keeping active or you may need help if you are facing challenges in staying positive

We have put together some resources to help you to stay productive and improve your wellbeing.

Take a look at the page of tips and videos our physiotherapist, Nicky, has created. Our counsellor, Charlotte has some helpful hints on coping with anxiety, as she explains in her video below. In our 'Loss and Bereavement ' section, you will find guidance on how to talk to your family, particularly children, about death and dying.
