Help During Covid-19

Ways to cope

While we are still having to keep apart, and with some people self-isolating, you may be facing challenges with staying active or in remaining positive through all the changes.

Please see the resources we have put together that may help you to improve your wellbeing during these uncertain times.

Take a look at the page of tips and videos created by a physiotherapist. Our counsellor, Charlotte has some helpful hints on coping with anxiety, as she explains in her video below. In our facing Loss and Bereavement section, you will find guidance on how to talk to your family, particularly children, about death and dying.
