Your physical wellbeing

Helping you to find relief from symptoms

We are committed to helping you, as a patient, to find relief from symptoms such as fatigue, pain and breathlessness. Our teams work together across all services, including our dedicated Physiotherapists, Lymphoedema specialists and Complementary Therapy team, to help you with rehabilitation after surgery or treatment. Our aim is to help you stay active and maintain your physical wellbeing and independence for as long as possible.

If you’re having to stay home more during Covid-19, it’s important for your health and mental wellbeing, to remain active. Here are some exercises suggested by our physiotherapist.
