We can help you and your teams to feel more connected and suggest some ways of coping when you are working remotely and juggling the demands of family and work*.
We’ve teamed up with Thrive to offer you live mental health support webinar sessions for your staff, via Zoom. The sessions will be led by MHFA England accredited mental health first aid Instructor, Simon Nichols, and specialists from the Willen Hospice Clinical and Wellbeing team.
The webinars are packed full of great information, real life experiences, meaningful exercises and coping strategies.
*With many employees working from home again with the additional pressures of home schooling, limited social contact and the loss of coping mechanisms, more than two-thirds of adults in the UK (69%) report feeling somewhat or very worried about the effect COVID-19 is having on their life. The most common issues are worry about the future (63%), feeling stressed or anxious (56%) and feeling bored (49%).
