£17,000 - £17,500 pro rata per annum
We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our Supporter Services department who manage and develop supporter journeys and supporter services activities across the fundraising teams and the Hospice.
The position will work alongside the Regular Giving Development Manager and Supporter Services team to ensure that our regular donors receive excellent stewardship and measure the effectiveness of the supporter journey.
To be successful in this role, you will have 2 years’ administrative experience, good communication skills, and be a competent user of Microsoft Office and databases, preferable CRM and donor databases with comprehensive data entry knowledge.
