Online Art Therapy for young people

Being a young person during the Covid-19 pandemic can be very challenging, especially for those who are living with a family member who is not well, is going through treatment, or has lost a loved one recently.

With limited support from school, college, friends and family, it can be a confusing and distressing time.

Art Therapy could help

We are inviting young people aged 14 – 18 who have a loved one cared for by the Hospice, to join our online Art Therapy group.

Why try Art Therapy?

This form of specialist psychological therapy uses art making to explore and communicate. It can be helpful when it is difficult to talk about what is important or when there are no words to express feelings.

Our course

The first course of six sessions will run on Monday afternoons for up to five young people between 14 and 18 years old. All materials will be provided. All that is required is a smart phone, tablet or laptop and access to the internet.
