Boost staff morale through team building activities

Events, challenges and volunteering days designed to create a sense of purpose and achievement for your teams

As many of us are working remotely, it has become even more important to find new ways to maintain working relationships, build spirit and boost morale.

We’ve created an events programme to help you stay active and set new goals, either by taking on an individual challenge or by entering a team.  Book your colleagues onto a staff event – rock climbing, golf days or a celebratory dinner and support Willen Hospice while you are having fun!

Don’t forget to contact us at corporate@willen-hospice.org.uk and let us know what you’re planning to do. Take a look at our other fundraising resources to help you get started. If you have an idea for a different activity, we can work with you to create a bespoke event.

Get involved in the Franklins 40 Mile Challenge

This year is Franklins Solicitors’ 40th anniversary so they decided to start the year with a challenge to mark the occasion, promote health and fitness and raise money for some great local charities, including Willen Hospice!

The challenge invites you to complete a distance of 40 miles of physical exercise over 40 days. The type of exercise you do to achieve this is entirely up to you. You could run, walk, swim, cycle, dance, rock climb or do a combination of different exercises. You might decide to do a mile a day or less frequent, longer distances – you can choose whatever works with your lifestyle. Find out more about the Franklins 40 Mile Challenge.

Follow in the footsteps of WD-40

We were delighted when WD-40 took on a challenge and fundraised for us; uniting staff and improving their sense of wellbeing.
