Business Development Executive

35 hours per week, hybrid office/home based

£25,440 per annum

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to develop our corporate fundraising by growing new business income and deliver great client service.

You will have a strong desire to succeed by growing corporate income and meeting targets. You will focus on getting new companies to support the Hospice, increase sponsorship revenues & ensure excellent stewardship of our existing corporate supporters.

To be successful in this role you will have strong organisational, sales, networking and relationship building skills. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business development role required, with strong CRM and LinkedIn social media experience desirable. Support & coaching will be provided to develop the right candidate into the role.

About the Hospice

Set in the tranquil grounds of Willen Lake, Willen Hospice is the leading provider of specialist palliative care within the Milton Keynes area. We offer 24 hour / seven days a week palliative care to people who have advanced disease, caring for people in our Inpatient Unit which accommodates 15 patients and the local community. Our person centred care is delivered with compassion and respect for people’s wishes. We have an expanding Therapeutic & Wellbeing service offering Psychological Wellbeing, Social Care, Physiotherapy, Occupational and Complementary Therapy.  Our dedicated Business Development teams and retail portfolio of shops raise vital funds to deliver this care.
