Shop Team Leader – Bletchley

About the role 

15 hours per week – Flexible working pattern over 7 days, including weekends

£21,946 pro rata per annum, actual annual salary £8,778 (hourly rate £11.25)  

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to support the Cluster Team Leader and a committed team of volunteers.  

Working closely with the Cluster Team Leader, you will actively engage with the community and contribute to achieving sales targets within the shop whilst providing high quality customer service. 

The successful candidate will need to be physically fit due to the high volume of manual handling involved, you will be able to safely move and handle furniture, some of which will be heavy. You will have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as previous retail experience. 

In return for your skills, you can expect to join a motivated team of Retailers, generous annual leave entitlement starting at 35 days pro rata (inclusive of statutory and bank holidays) and increases with length of service, pension scheme and enhanced maternity, adoption and sick pay provision.
