How we achieve excellence

We strive to achieve excellence in all areas of our work

Whether we are delivering our specialist care or out doing fundraising activities, our standards are high.

Regular, statutory inspections are carried out by the Care Quality Commission* but Willen Hospice also undertakes additional inspection and scrutiny to maintain the highest levels of service.

*The Care Quality Commission is an independent regulator that ensure hospitals, care homes, dental and GP surgeries, and all other care services in England provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care, and encourage them to make improvements.
