Affectionately known as our Tree-Cycling project, our festive fundraising Tree Collections campaign is back for 2023!
If you haven’t booked a Christmas Tree collection with us before, this popular project has been running successfully for a number of years across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.
The initiative, run by Willen Hospice staff and volunteers is supported by local businesses, tree surgeons, The Parks Trust, local farms and community groups.
In return for a suggested £10 Donation, our Tree Team will visit your street and collect your real tree, transport it to dedicated sites for chipping to use as mulch on public land, Parks Trust land and on local farmland.
This Christmas, we’re thrilled to be helping local residents and businesses to recycle their real Christmas trees again and bookings are now open for collections, which are taking place between the 6th to 8th January 2023 to the following postcodes: MK1 to MK19, MK43, MK46 and LU7.
Every year, our Tree Collection service has grown into new areas of our city and beyond, and we are proud to announce that this year we are including residents and businesses in Buckingham, offering supporters in the Town another way to support us.
