Over the next few weeks, you may notice some unfamiliar faces around some of our high street shops. Three of our shops will be hosting staff teams from the MK Branch of John Lewis & Partners for their fundraising experience days.
The teams will go head-to-head to raise the most funds for Willen Hospice by using their retail expertise to rehome our pre-loved furniture, clothes and accessories in our shops. Our competitors will also be judged on their window displays and on their innovative ways to raise funds in store.
Going head-to-head, the first team will kick off the challenge, tomorrow, Thursday 15th September in our Bletchley Shop and customers are invited to come along and join in the activities. Insiders at the MK Branch of the National Retailer, tell us to expect a raffle, a talk from a John Lewis personal stylist and even the iconic John Lewis Christmas Characters will be on display!
The next team will be in the Willen Hospice Olney shop on Friday 23rd September, and the third team will be finishing the takeover in the Willen Hospice Clearance Outlet on Grafton Gate on Monday 26th September.
